~Having True Greatness~

on

Luke 22:24 says” A dispute arose among the disciples they wanted to know who was among them would be greatest?

Who is greater? The one who is at the table or the one who serves?

The answer to their dispute as to who would be the greatest was you must serve. In our culture today not, many people enjoy serving. Seems like everyone wants to sit at the table.

A person in life can achieve many things from, influences, fame, recognition, academic degrees while all those things are nice, there is nothing wrong if you have them.

But if that individual does not have humility, then they have not achieved true greatness. True greatness is not a matter of outward position it is a matter of inwardly true humility in spirit of your heart.  True greatness requires that we learn to be faithful, have Godly character, wisdom, self-control, patience, and love.

The bible speaks of how a rich man does not sleep. It is because he is still seeking more. He believes in the things in which he has attain to make him great. Remember you can obtain anything in life that you want. If you do not serve with a willing heart of humility, you do not have True Greatness.

Greatest is never found in what we have it is found in the people we serve.

Serve people with a willing heart. Be joyful about serving. Jesus loves to serve. And that is the way we must be. AMEN

    Have a bless day.
