Feeling ~out of sorts~ Here is the Remedy for it

Every now and then you and I find we in a place of being out of sorts. Where not sure what we are feeling, we cannot pinpoint it exactly, but we just know something just is not right.

And so today I want to share this with you. One of the reasons why I love this prayer is because it reminds me that my help cometh from the Lord. So, as you read this, mediate on it, and let it sink into your spirit, I know by the time you are done you will begin to feel the strength of God.

Psalm 121– is all about my HELP Cometh from The Lord, be blessed.

 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

  He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

The LORD watches over you—
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.

 The LORD will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.

    I love all the entire book of Psalm. I guess it’s because it was the first chapter my mother introduce me to. She would read Psalm 23 and we would recite it until we knew it word for word.
    She always said when you are scared and afraid recite those words. By the time your finish your joy will be with you.
    Mom was right. Even now I still quote it when I am scared. I do believe we all have our go to verses we quote.

  3. One of my faves. Thanks!

    Psalm 121 is one of my favorites… Love how real David’s relationship with God was. He didn’t let any of his “warts” get in the way of communicating with his Father. And God kept him close. It’s when we trust Him with our vulnerability that He can strengthen us best. Love your sweet spirit. Keep on, sister!

    Thank you Susie. I agree we must be vulnerable. I love the story of David. Have a great evening.
